It was reasonably clean, the staff was affable and excellent, plus the service was good. Everything was perfect, however a few employees were miserable. This accommodation was in the central location in the morning along the beach.

Comfy good budget place, it has incredible and fab location right by a good restaurant in town, and a local cafe. The staff are lively and excellent and deserve a 3-star rating. Make sure you stay in the standard double room with tea, huge bathroom, superb view. They have variety of meals to choose from, the food is incredible.

Choosing for lunch Comemos Deli Cafe, which is situated 400 metres away was a good idea. An amazing base for exploring Folkestone. We liked staying at royal norfolk. Free Wi-Fi was a nice addition.
